About the Role

Spanish Language Expert

You will handle real-time translation, interpretation, and communication support between Spanish and English speakers — ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate written and verbal communication between Spanish and English with high accuracy.
• Support customer service, business communication, and documentation in Spanish.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure correct message delivery and tone.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies at all times.
• Handle real-time or recorded conversations, chats, and emails in Spanish.
• Provide language support for training materials, reports, or calls as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Language specialization preferred).
• Fluency in

  Spanish and English

  (spoken and written).
• 1–3 years of experience in translation, interpretation, or BPO/Customer Support roles.
• Strong listening, comprehension, and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to work

  night shifts

  aligned with U.S. time zones.
• Must be available

  onsite in Jaipur

  — remote options are not available.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience supporting international clients or Spanish-speaking markets.
• Familiarity with business or technical terminology in Spanish.
• Certification in Spanish (DELE, SIELE, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
