Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and professional Spa Therapist to join our wellness team. The Spa Therapist will be responsible for delivering high-quality spa treatments and therapies to our clients while ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, a deep knowledge of body treatments, and a strong commitment to health and well-being. Key Responsibilities:Perform a wide range of spa services including massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, and other wellness treatments in accordance with spa protocols and standards. Assess clients’ needs and recommend appropriate treatments and therapies. Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized treatment room and common areas. Ensure that all equipment and supplies are stocked and ready for use. Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business. Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation. Assist in promoting spa packages, memberships, and retail products. Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes. Follow all company policies, health and safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
