Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Spa Therapist for a full-time, on-site role at The Machan, located in Mawal. The Spa Therapist will provide a variety of professional treatments, including facials, pedicures, and other spa services, delivering exceptional customer service to ensure relaxation and satisfaction. Responsibilities include preparing treatment areas, maintaining spa hygiene, understanding client needs, and recommending appropriate treatments. Collaborating with the larger hospitality team, the Spa Therapist will contribute to creating a rejuvenating experience for all guests.

Qualifications

• Skilled in Cosmetology and advanced Facials with knowledge of skincare practices.
• Experience in providing high-quality Spa Treatments, such as massages and body therapies.
• Proficiency in Pedicure services with emphasis on attention to detail and client comfort.
• Strong Customer Service skills to ensure a pleasant guest experience and address client needs effectively.
• Ability to maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional spa environment.
• Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• A diploma or certification in cosmetology, spa therapy, or a related field is preferred.
