About The Opportunity

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver professional spa services — including massages, facials, body scrubs/wraps and aromatherapy — tailored to each guest’s needs and treatment plans.
• Perform thorough pre-treatment consultations and skin/body assessments; create and document personalised treatment plans and product recommendations.
• Maintain strict hygiene, safety and infection-control standards; prepare and sanitise treatment rooms and equipment between sessions.
• Operate spa booking/POS systems for scheduling and payments; manage appointment flow to maximise guest satisfaction and on-time service delivery.
• Monitor and manage treatment stock and retail product levels; communicate inventory needs to supervisors.
• Capture guest feedback, follow up on post-treatment care, and contribute to improving service protocols and upsell opportunities.
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Certified Massage Therapist or Diploma in Spa/Beauty Therapy.
• Proven experience in a luxury spa, hotel spa or high-end salon (onsite role in India).
• Proficiency in Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, facial treatments, body scrubs/wraps and reflexology techniques.
• Valid First Aid/CPR certification and sound knowledge of sanitation and infection-control protocols.
• Strong client consultation, treatment planning and accurate record-keeping; comfortable using spa booking/POS systems.
