Drafting and reviewing Statement of Work (SOW) and amendments for various clients
Reviewing and comprehending legal clauses added by clients in SOWs and amendments and communicating with internal core legal team for review and approval
Researching contract terms, alerting parties to renewals or extensions
Liaising with the onshore team and senior management at eClerx
Building a good rapport with various internal teams such as revenue team, tax team, accounts team and core legal team
Maintaining and publishing excel reports and metrics
Should have analytical thinking and problem solving skills
Should be able to learn faster and involve in self-learning while on the job
Excellent written and verbal communication as the profile would involve calls and trainings with Onsite team
Candidate must be well versed with MS Word and MS Excel
Candidate must be open to changing requirements from the stakeholders
Candidate must be willing to work few extra hours as and when the job demands
