Key Responsibilities • Drive Lending Sales : Lead customer acquisition across Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, and Credit Cards. • Build & Lead Teams : Hire, train, and manage a team of Relationship Officers with a high-performance mindset. • Achieve Growth Targets : Consistently exceed sales and revenue goals while owning your territory’s performance. • Market Feedback Loop : Act as the voice of the customer and market—inform product and business strategy. • Champion Our Vision : Represent Paisaonclick with passion, integrity, and the drive to build something great. What You Bring • Lending Expertise : 4+ years in financial product sales—especially PL, BL, HL, or Credit Cards. • Leadership Skills : Proven ability to recruit, manage, and scale high-performing sales teams. • Fintech Passion : Deep interest in digital lending and the evolving fintech ecosystem. • Ownership Mindset : You act like a founder motivated by results, not just instructions. • Strategic Thinking : Ability to combine ground-level action with big-picture execution.
