Job Title: Cook (Rasoiya)Main Work:Make vada pav, samosa, bhaji, misal and other items as per Dhawade Vadewale recipe. Keep taste same every day. Cook fast and clean. Daily Work:Prepare items – cut vegetables, boil potatoes, make batata mix, chutney, etc. Fry items – vada, samosa, bhaji, etc. Maintain cleanliness – clean kitchen, gas, utensils, and work table. Check stock – tell manager if any material is getting less. Follow hygiene rules – wash hands, wear apron, cap, keep nails clean. Work with team – help other staff when needed. Time management – be on time, cook fast during rush hours. What We Expect: Hard-working Honest Clean and disciplined Can handle pressure during busy time Can follow instructions Good behaviour with team Work Timing: 10 hours (with break) – as per shift.
