Sous Chef - Western / Continental

Job Description You will be working as a full-time Sous Chef - Western/Continental at Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road in Bengaluru. Your role will involve overseeing the daily kitchen operations with a focus on Western and Continental cuisines. Your responsibilities will include planning menus, managing kitchen staff, ensuring food preparation quality, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and managing inventory levels. You will collaborate with the Executive Chef to create innovative dishes and elevate the culinary experience for guests. Key Responsibilities - Plan menus and recipes for Western and Continental cuisines - Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth operations - Monitor food preparation quality and adhere to hygiene standards - Manage inventory levels and control costs effectively - Collaborate with the Executive Chef to introduce new dishes and enhance guest experience Qualifications - Expertise in Western and Continental cuisine with excellent culinary skills - Experience in kitchen operations management, including staff supervision and inventory control - Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and quality standards in the foodservice industry - Proficiency in menu planning and the ability to innovate with new recipes - Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills - Culinary degree or certification from a recognized institution - Previous experience in a high-volume, upscale hotel or fine dining establishment is a plus,
