Sous Chef - CONTINENTAL (Hot Kitchen)

Role Overview: As a Sous Chef specializing in Continental cuisine, you will be joining a team of highly skilled chefs at THE LILLYS in Thrissur. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the preparation and cooking of Continental dishes to meet the high standards set by the restaurant. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook Continental cuisine dishes as per the restaurant's recipes and standards - Assist in menu planning and development of new dishes - Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area - Monitor and control food costs and portion sizes Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef specializing in Continental cuisine - Proficiency in Malayalam language - Strong knowledge of Continental cuisine and cooking techniques - Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits including food provided, health insurance, leave encashment, and Provident Fund.
