This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sous Chef - Bakery (Breads) located in Gurgaon. The Sous Chef will head the Bakery with regards to daily operations, ensuring the consistency and quality of all bread and bakery products. Key responsibilities include preparing doughs, managing baking schedules, supervising bakery staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring hygiene and safety standards are met. The role involves collaborating with the Corporate Chef -Pastry and Bakery to innovate new bread varieties and improve existing recipes.
