Position: Sourcing Specialist Software and Services Location: Gurugram Roles & Responsibilities: Identify, evaluate, and onboard IT service providers for software resource augmentation and outsourcing. Manage the P2P cycle . Develop sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines . Negotiate pricing, contracts, SLAs, MSAs, and SOWs with vendors. Monitor vendor performance , manage escalations, and ensure compliance. Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and IT teams to align sourcing strategies with business goals. Analyze market trends and enhance sourcing strategies. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors/Masters in Engineering, IT, MBA, SCM, or related fields . 10+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or vendor management (IT/software services). Experience in IT service engagement models (staff augmentation, contract-to-hire, offshore development, managed services). Strong expertise in negotiating contracts, vendor risk management, and cost models . Technical & Industry Expertise: Knowledge of Java, .NET , effort estimations, and pricing structures.
