Sourcing Manager

As a Sourcing Manager, your role will involve developing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection. Additionally, you will have the ability to handle a team of recruiters and collaborate with regional managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies - Manage the entire recruitment process - Ability to handle a team of recruiters - Collaborate with regional managers to understand staffing needs - Source candidates through various channels - Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications - Lead negotiation and offer process - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role - Blue Hiring experience preferred - High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the preferred industry for this role is Staffing & Consultancy. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and offers a performance bonus.
