The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in real estate with a specialization in commercial property sourcing. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the local real estate market, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and developers. Key Responsibilities: Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify potential locations for co-working spaces in Mumbai and Gurugram. Stay informed about market trends and property availability. Property Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and secure properties that align with OfficeBings standards and client requirements. Ensure properties meet operational and strategic goals. Negotiation: Lead negotiations with property owners, developers, and brokers to secure favorable leasing or purchasing terms. Aim to achieve the best possible outcomes for the company. Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, developers, and real estate agents. Leverage these relationships to benefit the companys sourcing efforts. Due Diligence: Oversee the due diligence process for potential properties, including legal, financial, and operational assessments. Ensure all necessary checks are completed before acquisition. Collaboration: Work closely with the operations, legal, and finance teams to facilitate the smooth acquisition and transition of new properties. Ensure alignment with company objectives and processes. Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on market trends, sourcing activities, and property acquisitions to senior management. Provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
