Responsibilities : 1. Working closely with a set of sellers for alignment of business needs. 2. Working on their business growth, P&L, Operations, etc. with a strong execution plan of action. 3. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. 4. Responsible for seller education and making seller data and tech-centric. 5. Responsible for the product go to market execution. 6. Responsible for making the data available for sellers. 7. Shaping the sellers as per the market demands and building a successful distribution for him via Bijnis platform.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA preferred. 3+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably within the construction materials Required Candidate profile Proficiency in contract administration & supplier performance management. Familiarity with sourcing processes, RFQ management & category management principles.
