Specifics of the role: Responsible for achieving sales targets set for projects in East & West of P une & Continually strive to exceed specified sales goals. Effectively plan and implement development strategies for regional business Evaluate and establish new distribution partnership in designated territories Support, motivate, and manage existing channel partners to increase the market share Closely partner in strategic planning of goals, budget, resources, and activities, and regularly report on the execution of the same. Achieve quarterly and annual sales target for designated region. Continuously analyse market potential, competitive activities and sales tracks Manage questions, situations and expectations relating to partners, partner leads, and partner details with Sales and Operations teams Responsible for the success of the channel assigned through higher conversion ratio. Coordinate with Online sales team for leads generation. Analyse the current walk-in trends and suggest suitable course of action. Should have very good knowledge about the market and the competitors, ensuring quality closures.
