Job Role : Sales Manager (Sourcing) Location : Kolkata, West Bengal Reporting Location: Gurgaon / Mumbai Candidate must travel to Mumba / Delhi head office in a month twice Key Responsibilities: 1. Sourcing Opportunities: - Identify and evaluate potential real estate investment opportunities, including land and properties for acquisition. - Conduct market research to analyze trends, demands, and potential investments. 2. Channel Partner Development: - Build and maintain a strong network of channel partners, including real estate agents, brokers, and investment firms. - Foster relationships with partners to enhance collaboration and sourcing capabilities. 3. Traveling Engagement: - Travel to meet with channel partners, attend networking events, and explore potential sourcing opportunities in various markets. - Represent the company at industry conferences and seminars to establish presence and connect with potential partners. 4. Collaboration and Strategy: - Work closely with the acquisitions and sales teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives. - Provide insights and recommendations to improve sourcing processes and partner engagement. Preferred Skills: - Previous experience in building and managing channel partner networks. - Familiarity with real estate development and investment principles.
