Title: Sourcing Engineer – Precision

Location: Bangalore

Role Overview:

The Sourcing Engineer – Precision is responsible for identifying capable vendors for specific

projects, thoroughly understanding RFQs, and determining the capabilities needed. This role

involves finding the most economically feasible supply chain solutions encompassing raw

materials, manufacturing, finishing, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Vendor Identification: Identify and evaluate potential vendors capable of meeting

project requirements.

2. RFQ Management: Understand and manage Requests for Quotations (RFQs) to

ensure alignment with project specifications and capabilities.

3. Supply Chain Optimization: Determine the most economically feasible supply

chain, covering raw material procurement, manufacturing, finishing processes, and

logistics.

4. Vendor Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with

vendors to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.

Skills and Expertise Required:

1. Manufacturing Ecosystem Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the

manufacturing ecosystem in India.

2. Product Development Understanding: Strong knowledge of product development

processes and requirements.

3. Vendor Relationship Management: Expertise in managing and nurturing vendor

relationships to meet company standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Education: B.Tech/BE in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial and

Production Engineering, or a related field.

2. Experience: 7+ years of Proven experience in the manufacturing field.

3. Skillset:

o Excellent communication and organizational skills.

o Strong multi-tasking abilities.

o Proficiency in planning, management, and leadership.

o Ability to define and implement effective processes and strategies.

o Proficiency in office software.

o Language proficiency in Hindi and English (preferred

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
