About the Job: The Sourcing Centre of Excellence is a key component of the Recruitment Shared Service, supporting the AtkinsR alis Global business in all aspects of talent acquisition and candidate selection. We are looking for a Sourcing Associate to join our high-performing team based in our Bangalore Global Technology Centre. In this role, you will partner with Global Recruitment Teams to create talent pools (communities) and identify candidates for engineering and related technical positions across the UKI. Responsibilities: Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills. Create, maintain and strengthen relationships with talent communities for both active and passive candidates within AtkinsR alis core engineering skill sets for the UKI. Act as a subject matter expert in CRM to engage and mentor sourcing team members. Utilize creative sourcing strategies, including X-ray searches, search engine optimization, social sourcing and Boolean search strings. Build meaningful talent pools that meet business needs defined by regional and business-specific recruitment plans. Ensure data integrity by maintaining accurate records in our ATS/CRM system. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions and competitive intelligence to enhance sourcing strategies. Represent the Sourcing team beyond the Recruitment team. Proactively identify and drive opportunities for improvement. - Provide value-added sourcing advice to key stakeholders to influence and guide talent decisions and strategies. Collaborate with regional sourcing teams and share best practices with the broader sourcing team. Who You Are: You have 4+ years of sourcing, recruitment or candidate generation experience in a rapidly growing engineering, construction, consulting or technology organization or with a large agency specializing in tech talent. You can review, pre-screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements. Previous experience in sourcing or recruiting for the UK market is an added advantage. You leverage a data-driven approach to make informed hiring decisions. You can build talent maps, pools and talent market reports. You have a successful track record of achieving targets, whether deadlines or hiring goals. You are a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a team-first mentality. You can source candidates for different engineering roles across various business practices. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You can manage multiple campaigns across global geographies. You are proficient in LinkedIn and Microsoft.
