Sound Recordist

Technical Expertise:• Strong understanding of all aspects of sound recording, including on-location and studio environments.• Proficient in handling professional sound equipment such as boom mics, lapel mics, audio mixers, recorders, and wireless systems.• Skilled in capturing clean dialogue, managing background noise, and balancing multiple audio sources.• Knowledge of sound design fundamentals, acoustics, and post-production sound workflows.Experience:• Prior experience working on micro-dramas, short films, or ad shoots will be considered a major plus.• Should have hands-on experience in syncing sound with video and managing multitrack recordings.• Ability to troubleshoot audio issues on set and ensure consistent sound quality throughout production.Soft Skills:• Detail-oriented with strong communication and coordination skills.• Works efficiently with the director, DOP, and production team.• Adaptable to dynamic on-set environments and tight schedules.Preferred:• Candidates who have already worked on microdramas or cinematic reels will have an added advantage.
