Start of the journey was itself not good. They didnot book flight from Delhi to paro in time hence our tickets from Mumbai to Delhi air tickets of 6 passengers have to be rebooked with significant loss which Miss Ruby said she will reimburse. Which is still not done .its 2mths now.

Worst service it's been 3 days enquiry I didn't get any right update or support from thane sales team when we follow up they reply back end team is not replying I guess this company doesn't have right employees to get work done

I had booked a East European tour in February 2020. I could not travel because the tour was canceled. I am paying a heavy price for it. Utterly disappointed at the unfair trade practices of a company like Sotc
