Very disorganised arrangements.Once they get their money they are least bothered about clients.I had a vey bitter experience last week on my trip to Bhutan.pl avoid Sotc as your travel partner.

The worst travel agency.My parents have been waiting on road from last 6 hours since the hotel booking is not confirmed. They have a letter stating that the booking is confirmed. Pickup from airport also was one hour late.

Booking amount not refunded in spite of it being promised and after several reminders . Phone calls not returned and no reply to emails as well .very disappointed with the service.
