Responsibilities include: Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Handling inbound inquiries and providing solutions. Assisting customers with product-related queries and support. Maintaining a professional and friendly communication approach. Qualifications Fluent Hindi speaking skills (must be able to speak and communicate clearly).Mediu m-level English proficiency for basic communication.Excel lent communication and interpersonal skills.Stron g custo mer service orie ntation.Abili ty to multi task and manage a high volume of calls.Basic compu ter skills and familiarity with telep hone systems.Abil i ty to work effectively in a team environment.Expe r ience in a customer service role is a plus.
