Role & Responsibilities Customer Engagement: Conduct show-and-tell sessions, demonstrating ServiceNow capabilities to customers. Value Proposition & Query Handling: Develop value prompters and effectively respond to customer queries with clear, data-driven insights. Roadmap Development: Work closely with customers to structure a clear implementation roadmap, especially in complex or evolving environments. Technology Workflows Expertise : Provide guidance on ServiceNow Technology Workflows, ensuring alignment with business needs. AI & ServiceNow: Understand the impact of AI on the ServiceNow platform and customer operations. Provide recommendations on AI tools and strategies to enhance efficiency and accelerate results. Implementation Experience: Hands-on experience with Service Management, CMDB, HAM, and SAM modules. Experience with other ServiceNow modules is a plus. Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with Account Managers to ensure customer objectives align with the sales cycle vision and promised milestones. Requirements Mandatory: 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow technology and solutions consulting. Customer & Employee Workflows: Deep understanding of these workflows within the ServiceNow platform. Presentation & Communication: Strong ability to conduct engaging presentations and discussions with customers. Analytical Thinking: Capability to navigate and organize solutions in dynamic or chaotic customer environments. AI Expertise: Knowledge of AI's impact on ServiceNow and how AI-driven tools can be leveraged for better and faster results. Implementation Skills: Hands-on experience with Service Management, CMDB, HAM, and SAM. Collaboration: Experience working with Account Managers to ensure strategic alignment with customer goals. Tool Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations, along with experience in other business analysis and documentation tools. Education Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
