Solutions Architect

As a Solutions Architect at our company, your role will involve designing, developing, and implementing scalable, high-performance technical solutions that align with business objectives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams within an Agile setup, you will be responsible for delivering modern solutions that support organizational priorities through POD-based delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Design end-to-end architectures for web, mobile, and cloud platforms using the defined tech stack. - Translate business needs into reliable, scalable technical solutions. - Partner with cross-functional POD teams to deliver iterative improvements. - Maintain ownership of POD deliverables for enhanced accountability and smooth execution. - Lead technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders. - Offer architectural direction and best practices for integrations, APIs, and microservices. - Produce and maintain architectural documents including solution blueprints and workflows. - Mentor engineering teams throughout development and deployment activities. - Identify opportunities for technical enhancements and drive solution innovation. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. - Proven experience in a Solution Architect role or similar capacity. - Strong expertise in Java, Angular, and Python. - Solid understanding of databases including MongoDB, SQL, and NoSQL. - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies, especially POD-based execution. - Strong analytical abilities and a background in designing scalable systems. - Excellent communication skills for presenting technical solutions to stakeholders.
