Job Description

We are hiring for a Solution Architect in the Card domain and are looking for candidates with hands-on experience in card migration, payment gateways, or acquiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working cross-functionally to understand architecture needs by multiple business units. To be effective in this position, you must feel comfortable owning the entire architecture development process from inception to completion. Experience - 12yrs to 24yrs Location- Pune, Chennai and Bangalore Responsibilities: Prior experience in Cards and Payments domain, including cards issuance and authorization journeys.Banking and Cards secured lending experience is beneficial.Experience in cards migration and migration from legacy systems to cloud is advantageous.Architectural Leadership: Lead architectural design impacting customers and colleagues.Create and own technical solutions that meet business needs and ensure scalability.Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) trusted by the business to drive forward customer-centric solutions.Challenge the status quo and provide innovative perspectives to enhance the brand.Collaborate with fellow architects to find optimal technology solutions.Requirements: Proven leadership in guiding a team of architects and delivering architectural solutions.Track record of managing large-scale changes and effective solution delivery.Experience managing stakeholder relationships at CTO and CIO levels.Solid understanding of Domain Driven Design methodology combined with Cards & Payment Domain. Desired Skills: Product Processing: Deep knowledge of financial services products, business, and processes.Integration: Expertise in integration patterns, especially in Cloud Native, Streaming, and Domain Driven Design environments.Cloud: Advanced knowledge of AWS Stack.Data: Proficiency in data platforms, particularly in Cloud Native, Streaming, and Domain Driven Design contexts.Digital Servicing: Experience in architecting digital journeys from a technical perspective.
