Solutions Architect

Role Overview: As a Solutions Architect at our company, you will be responsible for designing enterprise-grade solutions for our global clients. Your expertise in either the Microsoft Technology Stack (Azure, .NET, SQL, Power Platform) or the Open Source Stack (Java, Python, Node.js, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, etc.) will be crucial in leading solution architecture across cloud, microservices, and enterprise platforms. You will play a key role in supporting pre-sales activities, defining reference architectures, and collaborating with delivery teams to ensure successful execution. Key Responsibilities: - Lead solution architecture across cloud, microservices, and enterprise platforms. - Support pre-sales activities by assisting with RFPs, estimations, and client workshops. - Define reference architectures, frameworks, and accelerators. - Act as a trusted advisor on scalability, cost optimization, and transformation journeys. - Collaborate with delivery and practice teams to ensure successful execution. - Embed AI-first thinking into solution design and leverage AI/ML services, generative AI, and cognitive automation for smarter and more predictive architectures. - Champion AI-enabled accelerators to reduce time-to-market and enhance client ROI. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of IT services experience, with at least 4 years in an architect role. - Strong expertise in either the Microsoft Technology Stack (Azure, .NET Core, SQL Server, Power Platform) OR the Open Source Stack (Java, Python, Node.js, React, Angular, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, etc.). - Proven experience in solutioning for service engagements such as T&M, fixed price, and managed services. - Hands-on experience in cloud-native and AI-enabled architectures (Azure / AWS / GCP). - Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills. - Passion for applying AI in enterprise workflows, from intelligent automation to data-driven decision frameworks.
