As a Solution Architect at Affle, based in Gurgaon, your role involves leading the development and delivery of platforms. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization to execution, collaborate closely with business and product teams, and ensure the scalability, maintainability, and security of proposed solutions. Here are the details of your responsibilities and qualifications: **Primary Responsibilities:** - Design end-to-end solutions aligning with business requirements and enterprise architecture. - Define architecture blueprint covering integration, data flow, applications, and infrastructure. - Evaluate and select appropriate technology stacks, tools, and frameworks. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and bridge business problems with technology solutions. - Guide development teams to ensure implementation aligns with design and best practices. - Identify and mitigate architectural risks, ensuring compliance with standards. - Document architectures, designs, and decisions clearly. - Identify innovation opportunities and enhance existing solutions. - Conduct performance and code reviews, providing feedback for improvement. - Lead proof-of-concept initiatives to assess new technologies. **Functional Responsibilities:** - Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and review sessions. - Work with product owner to prioritize backlog and refine user stories. - Address issues impacting project delivery or team morale. - Familiarity with Agile project management tools like Jira and Trello. **Required Skills:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 7+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in solution architecture or technical leadership. - Proficiency in AWS or GCP cloud platforms. - Strong implementation knowledge in JS tech stack, NodeJS, ReactJS. - Experience with Database Engines - MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB. - Knowledge of distributed technologies like Kafka, Spark, Trino. - Experience with BI tools - Looker, PowerBI, Metabase. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, Terraform/CloudFormation. **Good to Have:** - Certifications like AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, TOGAF. - Experience with analytical pipelines using BI tools, Python tools like Pandas, Numpy. - Familiarity with data transformation tools like DBT, SQLMesh. - Experience with data orchestration tools like Apache Airflow, Kestra.
