Key Responsibilities : • Collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements and design RPG programs to meet business needs • Develop RPG applications using RPGLE, CLLE, SQL, and other programming languages as required • Maintain existing RPG applications and provide support as needed • Develop and execute unit tests to ensure the quality and reliability of code • Provide technical guidance to other team members and work collaboratively with other IT teams Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • At least 3 years of experience in RPG programming language • Experience with IBM iSeries platform (AS/400) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
