Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries via phone and email. Uphold brand standards at the front desk and throughout the studio. Manage daily front desk operations to ensure a welcoming and efficient client experience. Supervise guest relations and front office staff, fostering a positive and professional environment. Compile and report front desk performance metrics and statistics. Maintain high standards of personal and team conduct, appearance, hygiene, and dress. Prepare effective work schedules for front office staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Preferred candidate profile Proven track record in lead generation, pre-sales, and achieving targets. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language (based on location). Strong telephone etiquette and client interaction abilities. Sound knowledge of routine front office and operations management. Highly motivated and result-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve performance goals. Comfortable in a target-based work environment. Strong client relationship and management skills. Presentable, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
