About Hikvision Website - www.hikvisionindia.com PFB Job Descriptions Company Name - Prama Hikvision India Pvt Ltd (Manufacturing + Product based Company) Designation - Executive/ Sr. Executive: Solution Deployment Experience - 3 - 10 Years Qualifications - Bachelor or Above Degree Location - Rajkot Working Days - Work from Office - Monday to Saturday (Monthly 2 Saturday's Off) Rounds of Interview - 2 Interview Location - 1st Technical Round Virtual Interview on MS Teams. 2nd Final Round Face to Face Interview in Gujarat Office Mandatory. Job Description: Take responsibility for all the updates on projects deployment tasks. Participate in organizing detailed deployment plans and project schedules for the solutions deployment Participate in developing and validating the work instructions, communications, plans and quality control for an optimized deployment within timelines. Prepare the BOQ and solution basis the requirement, scope of work and site survey analysis. Research, investigate and propose technical solutions for client's configuration needs. Ensure that every step of the project is properly documented and executed. Manage the updated requisitions for the common data according to procedures and for all the other tasks related to maintenance and distribution of the systems basic configurations. Execute the various tasks for the projects assigned to the deployment group. Minimize the impact of errors on clients' systems by providing prompt solutions. Take the necessary details followed by acknowledging and confirming the query by asking the targeted questions. Provide relevant solution to the query in shortest possible turnaround time. Ensuring the Client is not put on hold unnecessarily or for long. Refer to internal database or external resources to provide the accurate solution. Provide call back in case of unavailability of solution. Ensure the appropriate solution is provided to the client and check for acknowledgement from Client for resolution of issue. Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams. Ensure all issues are properly logged on the relevant account / system / software. Document technical knowledge in form of notes and manuals Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Online / Offline L2 support 2. Pre-Installation support - Ensuring the products are installed as per standards 3. Product configuration and Commissioning support 4. Regular follow with SI on assigned project for timely completions without escalations 5. Analyzing and providing quick resolution to customer concerns 6. Coordinating with HO/HQ team and ensuring all open issues are addressed timely 7. Product Demonstration & training the customer on product usage 8. Providing basic training support to Engineers 9. Conducting regular training to Partners / SI 10. Effectively communicating with Customers 11. Providing feedback on the product performance and improvement required to HO/HQ 12. Submission of case studies on the key projects delivered 13.
