Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Solution Architecture role based in Ahmedabad. As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing architectural solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements. Your day-to-day tasks will include defining integration strategies, ensuring architectural scalability, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet project goals. Additionally, you will oversee architectural design processes and ensure the seamless implementation of solutions within the technical environment.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Solution Architecture, Architectural Design, and Integration
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in creating scalable and robust architecture structures
• Experience in developing solutions tailored to diverse industries and technological challenges
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work with on-site teams and meet tight project deadlines

Responsibilities:

● Plan and implement technology and architecture strategy.

● Design end-to-end solutions across applications, databases, and infrastructure.

● Analyze business needs and propose effective technical solutions.

● Prepare architecture documents, SOWs, BRDs, FRDs.

● Guide development teams through design and implementation.

● Manage multiple projects and maintain all technical documentation.

● Ensure compliance with IT security and company policies.

● Build strong client and stakeholder relationships.

● Design and optimize database systems with high availability.

Required Skills :

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT.

● 6+ years IT experience, with 3+ years in solution design or IT project leadership.

● Strong knowledge of VMware, Windows Server, Google Workspace, networking, and ITIL/ITSM & experience in SDLC.

Preferred Technical Skills :

● Backend development (Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate).

● Strong SQL/NoSQL skills; experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB.

● Basic understanding of React and frontend-backend integration.

● Knowledge of database design, security, backup, and performance tuning.

Experience with government projects is preferable.
