SHL is seeking a Solution Architect for Global Pre-Sales to maximize client value by identifying and deploying SHL services, educating internal and external communities on solution offerings, and driving sales revenue in the region. As a Solution Architect you will collaborate with clients and sales teams to assess needs, co-create tailored solutions, and utilize SHL’s capabilities to bring them to fruition. What You Will Be Doing: Partner with Sales and Professional Services teams to design and deliver tailored talent solutions for customers. Present best-fit solutions alongside sales teams and share insights with global customers. Provide technical guidance on Talent Acquisition and Management to both internal and external stakeholders, fostering growth and learning within sales teams. Lead proposal development and solutioning for large, complex deals, including RFP responses. Act as a liaison between customers and Digital/Product teams to ensure seamless communication. Collaborate with Field Marketing to drive sales pipeline and develop enablement materials. Represent customer and market feedback to influence the digital roadmap and content creation.
