Solution Architect

As a Java Full stack Solution Architect at RapidData Technology, you will play a crucial role in designing and architecting enterprise-grade applications using Java-based full stack technologies. Your responsibilities will include defining solution blueprints, technical roadmaps, integration patterns, and system architecture aligned with business objectives. You will evaluate and select appropriate frameworks, tools, and cloud technologies for scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. Collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and DevOps teams will be essential to ensure solution quality and timely delivery. Additionally, conducting architecture reviews, code reviews, establishing best practices, coding standards, and design patterns will be part of your routine. Your role will involve providing technical leadership and mentoring to development teams, as well as identifying and mitigating technical risks early in the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Design and architect end-to-end enterprise-grade applications using Java / J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs. - Define solution blueprints, technical roadmaps, integration patterns, and system architecture aligned with business objectives. - Evaluate and select appropriate frameworks, tools, and cloud technologies for scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and DevOps teams to ensure solution quality and delivery. - Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and establish best practices, coding standards, and design patterns. - Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams. - Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the project lifecycle. Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 10+ years of experience in software development with at least 3+ years in architecture and solution design. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Proven experience in leading technical teams and delivering complex enterprise projects.
