Position Overview :

Solution Architect-Power Platform

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end

  Power Platform architectures

  , ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Lead the development and deployment of solutions using

  Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)

  ,

  Power Automate

  ,

  Power BI

  , and

  Power Pages

  .
• Architect and oversee

  Dataverse

  data models, security roles, and environment strategies.
• Integrate Power Platform with

  Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Azure, Graph API, REST APIs, and third-party systems

  .
• Provide technical leadership to development teams on

  best practices, governance, and reusable components (PCF Controls, Custom Connectors, ALM)

  .
• Implement

  CI/CD pipelines

  and

  solution lifecycle management

  for Power Platform applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements, translate them into functional designs, and deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
  
• Ensure adherence to

  Microsoft Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE)

  governance framework.
• Conduct

  code reviews

  , solution validation, and performance optimization.
• Stay current on Microsoft roadmap and recommend innovations for digital transformation initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years

  of experience with

  5+ years

  in Power Platform architecture and delivery.
• Hands-on expertise in:
  

• Power Apps

  (Canvas, Model-Driven, PCF Components)

• Power Automate

  AI Builder

  ,

  Power Virtual Agents

• Power BI

  reporting and integration

• Dataverse

  Dynamics 365

• Azure services

  (Logic Apps, Functions, Key Vault, Application Insights)
• Strong understanding of

  security models, licensing, and environment strategy

  within Power Platform.
• Experience in

  solution governance, performance tuning, and ALM automation (Azure DevOps)

• Proficiency in

  C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and REST API

  integration preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
