Solution Architect or Technical Architect

You will be joining as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect (Niche or regular) - Grade 10 in Delhi, Delhi, India. As the Team Lead - Salesforce Development, your responsibilities will include overseeing and coordinating technical activities within the assigned technology function. You will ensure that all team objectives align with organizational goals, support daily operations, and maintain adherence to organizational policies. Your role will be crucial in problem-solving, decision-making, and facilitating collaboration between team members and other stakeholders. **Specific Technical Skills:** - Salesforce Development Expertise: - Proficiency in Apex programming, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). - Deep knowledge of Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL). - Experience with Salesforce integrations, including REST and SOAP APIs, and tools like MuleSoft or Salesforce Connect. - Familiarity with declarative development tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Validation Rules. - Platform Knowledge: - Expertise in Salesforce Auto Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. - Understanding of Salesforce Security Model (profiles, roles, sharing rules, etc.). - Familiarity with AppExchange products and custom app deployment. - Custom Development: - Experience in developing custom apps, workflows, and components to extend Salesforce capabilities. - Knowledge of integrating Salesforce with external systems using middleware and custom integrations. - DevOps and Deployment: - Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado. - Proficiency in version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines tailored for Salesforce environments. - Data Management: - Skills in data migration tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, or dataloader.io. - Experience with data cleanup, deduplication, and quality maintenance within Salesforce. - Salesforce Certifications: - Salesforce Platform Developer I and II (required). - Salesforce Platform App Builder. - Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certifications (preferred). - Industry Experience: - Develop experience with Salesforce in captive finance lending, retail finance, or automotive domains. **About NTT DATA:** NTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
