Solution Architect - Java Development

As a Solution Architect at Omni Reach, you will be responsible for leading the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise applications. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, DevOps, Product) to ensure scalable and secure solutions. Additionally, you will provide technical leadership across multiple projects, enforcing best practices and architectural standards. Your responsibilities will also include driving cloud adoption and leveraging AWS for large-scale deployments, ensuring performance optimization and scalability in databases (MySQL, NoSQL), guiding front-end architecture with React and JavaScript frameworks, and establishing strong CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Enterprise while integrating monitoring/observability with tools like Datadog. Furthermore, you will work closely with stakeholders to ensure technology aligns with business objectives. Qualifications Required: - 15+ years of experience in software architecture and solution design. - Strong expertise in Java, Spring, Spring Boot. - Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and deployment strategies. - Advanced knowledge of MySQL and NoSQL databases with performance tuning. - Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Enterprise, and GitHub Workflows. - Experience with Datadog or equivalent monitoring tools. - Front-end development and architectural experience with React/JavaScript. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Nice-to-Have Skills: - Exposure to Azure and GCP platforms. - Experience with Elastic Path eCommerce solutions. - Knowledge of Oracle Processor and Boomi integrations. - Familiarity with AI technologies for enterprise use cases. - Experience with security scanning tools (e.g., Checkmarx).
