Must-Have Skills: Experience: 15+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX/Dynamics 365 FO (Finance Operations). ERP Expertise: Specialization in at least one or more of the following: Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Integration, or Security. Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in an IT-related field and an MBA (Finance or Operations). Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (both written and verbal). Leadership Consulting Skills: Strong leadership capabilities to guide teams, track milestones, and ensure successful project completion. Client Management: Excellent communication and consulting skills to effectively liaise between clients, project teams, and cross-functional partners. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot, resolve open issues, and provide expert advice to ensure smooth project execution. Good-to-Have Skills: Additional ERP Specializations: Experience with other Microsoft Dynamics modules or similar ERP solutions. Certifications: Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO or related areas. Industry Experience: Experience in specific industries such as retail, manufacturing, or finance will be beneficial. Project Management: Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile). Training Development: Experience in developing and delivering training programs to clients.
