Solution Architect

As a Cloud & Application Architect / Solution Architect, your role will involve designing enterprise application solutions, overseeing cloud and application strategies, and leading modernization initiatives for legacy systems and ERP ecosystems. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and secure technology solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Defining and owning enterprise solution architecture for large-scale applications and ERP ecosystems. - Designing end-to-end cloud and application strategies using AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Leading modernization initiatives for legacy systems, ERP migrations, and cloud-native transformations. - Providing technical governance and guiding development teams on architecture principles and design patterns. - Designing integration frameworks for seamless connectivity across ERP, CRM, and custom applications. - Establishing architecture standards, documentation, and reusable frameworks for enterprise-wide adoption. - Driving technology evaluations, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and tool selection aligned with business strategy. - Ensuring solutions meet security, compliance, performance, and availability standards. - Mentoring and building high-performing architecture and development teams. Your technical expertise should include proficiency in core technologies such as Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and Microservices architecture. You should also have experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Additionally, knowledge of integration tools like ESB, API Gateways, and DevOps practices is essential. It would be beneficial to have cloud certifications, experience in ERP modernization, familiarity with AI/ML integration, and knowledge of architecture frameworks like TOGAF or Zachman. Soft skills such as strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities are also important for this role.
