Solution Architect (Cab Aggregator domain)

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture & Design

Define end-to-end solution architecture, design cloud-native and cloud-agnostic solutions

deployable across AWS/GCP/Azure; architect microservices-based distributed systems with

real-time event streaming.

• Technology Leadership

Translate business requirements into scalable solutions; drive adoption of 12-factor app

principles, containerization, service orchestration; lead design reviews and evaluate multi-cloud

strategies.

• Cloud & Infrastructure

Architect cloud-native yet cloud-agnostic solutions leveraging containers and Kubernetes;

implement IaC (Terraform/Helm/Pulumi); define HA, DR, and multi-region failover strategies.

• Integration & Data Management

Design integrations for payments, identity/KYC, GPS/mapping, and messaging; define

database strategies across SQL/NoSQL; implement real-time streaming pipelines with

Kafka/PubSub/Kinesis.

• Governance & Quality

Establish architecture governance; conduct risk analysis on vendor lock-in and scalability;

ensure observability, monitoring, and incident management frameworks.

Required Skills & Competencies

• 12+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years as a Solution Architect.
• Proven expertise in cloud-native and cloud-agnostic architecture design.
• Strong backend expertise (.NET Core / Java / Node.js), frontend (Angular/React/Vue), mobile

(iOS/Android/Flutter/React Native).

• Expertise in multi-cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) with vendor-neutral design principles.
• Proficiency in containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), IaC (Terraform, Helm,

Pulumi).

• Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra).
• Hands-on with event-driven architectures (Kafka, Pub/Sub, RabbitMQ).
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience building multi-tenant SaaS and enterprise mobility platforms.
• Knowledge of AI/ML integration for pricing, demand prediction, fraud detection.
• Exposure to IoT/vehicle telemetry data ingestion.
• Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, GCP Professional Cloud Architect, or TOGAF.

Educational Qualification

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
