Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Solution Architect with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team at Barclaycard Payments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing innovative solutions.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop tailored solutions.
Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient architectures for payment systems.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for solution designs and implementations.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Troubleshoot complex issues and provide timely resolutions.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of software development principles, patterns, and practices.
Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Experience with cloud-based technologies and containerization.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
