Solution Architect (AR/VR)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Solution Architect to join our dynamic innovation team, mainly focusing on AR/VR/XR/MR, AI and automation areas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge and diverse solutions that align with our companys vision and business objectives. The candidate will be leading the technical architecture of applications, ensuring the design and development process runs smoothly, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional experiences. Skills: Experience with machine learning or AI in the context of AR/VR. Familiarity with game design principles and interactive content creation. Knowledge of VR/AR hardware capabilities, including specialized devices like hand controllers, motion trackers, etc. Experience with advanced sensor technologies. Proficiency in Design Thinking and Solutions. Strong understanding of AR/VR development frameworks and tools such as Unity 3D, Unreal Engine, Vuforia, ARCore, ARKit, etc. Strong understanding of Unity WebGL. Understanding of 3D graphics, rendering pipelines, and real-time interactive media. Proficient in programming languages such as C#, C++, or similar, with experience in performance optimization. Hands-on experience with cross-platform AR/VR/XR development, including mobile devices, desktop systems, and immersive headsets (e.g., Oculus, HoloLens). Experience in cloud-based architectures and real-time data integration for AR/VR applications. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Provide/design the technical architecture and design of different suitable solutions (internal and external requirements), ensuring scalability, performance, and high-quality user experiences. Apply design thinking principles to conceptualize and develop innovative solutions. Design user-centric and technically robust solutions that align with business needs and technological advancements. Lead calls and discuss the requirements with clients/stakeholders to understand requirements and problem statements. Drive Pre-Sales activities from a technical perspective, including solution design, estimation, and proposal writing. Assess project constraints, including budget, infrastructure, timelines, and other relevant factors. Create the roadmap for designing and developing AR/VR and AI based solutions to be presented to clients as service offerings. Liaison between client and development team from the requirements, solution and implementation, deployment point of view. Collaborate with product managers, designers, developers and stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Collaborate with UX/UI and Content Design teams to design intuitive, immersive, and user-friendly experiences. Assess and evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and platforms, making recommendations for integration into existing/client systems. Lead integration of devised solutions with back-end systems, APIs, and third-party services. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and engineers on the best practices and emerging technologies. Optimize applications for performance, stability, and cross-platform compatibility (iOS, Android, PC, and headsets such as Oculus, HoloLens, HTC Vive, etc.). Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the different stacks, including rendering, interaction design, and system integration. Keep up to date with trends in the industry and ensure the team is leveraging the latest technologies and best practices. It includes periodic code-reviews as well. Develop and maintain architectural documentation for applications, including workflows, data models, and system interactions. Developing single-user and multi-user environments, with hands-on experience in Metaverse development. Performing business analysis and feasibility analysis for infrastructure.
