Employee Relations: Acting as a liaison between management and employees, resolving conflicts, and addressing employee concerns. Compensation and Benefits: Administering payroll, managing benefits like health insurance, and ensuring fair compensation. Performance Management: Overseeing performance appraisal systems, facilitating promotions, and providing feedback. Policy and Compliance: Developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
