Solar technician

As a Solar Technician at Spectrum Solar Power, you will be responsible for installing, testing, and commissioning solar power systems at client sites. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting site inspections and assisting in system layout and mounting structure setup. - Performing electrical wiring, connections, and panel mounting as per technical standards. - Troubleshooting and repairing solar PV systems, inverters, and other components. - Ensuring all installations meet safety and quality standards. - Providing technical support and maintenance services to customers. - Coordinating with engineers and project teams to ensure timely project completion. - Maintaining tools, equipment, and site documentation properly. To qualify for this role, you should have: - ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field. - 1-2 years of experience in solar installation, maintenance, or electrical work (freshers with technical knowledge can also apply). - Good understanding of solar PV systems and electrical connections. - Physical fitness, safety consciousness, and willingness to travel to project sites. - Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills.
