Job description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Solar Site InCharge to oversee solar project installations from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while adhering to safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: Manage all phases of solar project construction, including planning, execution, and closing. Coordinate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with plans and safety standards. Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and team members. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project timelines or budgets. Ensure all construction activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management and stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in construction management, preferably in solar energy projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Additional Requirements: Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent is a plus. Knowledge of renewable energy regulations and standards.
