Solar Site Engineer - Electrical B.Tech

As a Solar Site Engineer specializing in Electrical Engineering, your role will involve overseeing the installation, maintenance, and quality control of solar energy systems. You will be responsible for monitoring on-site operations, coordinating with team members, ensuring project timelines are met, and troubleshooting technical issues when necessary. Key Responsibilities: - Manage on-site operations related to solar energy systems - Coordinate effectively with team members to ensure smooth project execution - Ensure adherence to project timelines for timely completion - Conduct quality control processes to maintain high standards in system installations - Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise during installations Qualifications Required: - Experience in On-Site management and hands-on solar system implementation - Strong communication skills for effective coordination and collaboration - Proficiency in Quality Control processes to ensure high standards in system installations - Background in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering to oversee structural designs and installations - Knowledge of electrical engineering principles relevant to solar installations - Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Tech) - Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment - Knowledge of solar energy industry regulations and best practices is a plus Please note that eligibility for this role requires a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energy. In addition, candidates must meet one of the following criteria: - At least 6 months of Industrial Training (ITI / Plant / Workshop / Solar) OR - Minimum 1 year of Electrical Private Tuition / Coaching experience with a practical focus - 3 years of hands-on experience in solar installation, O&M, or electrical maintenance is preferred.,
