Role And Job Summary Overall Owner for Achieving Budgetted / Targetted Sales Results in Dedicated Territory by Creating New Customers / Dealers / Associates. Keeping top management updated on the initiatives being taken in sales, MIS on key thrust areas, and financial performance against monthly/quarterly/annual budgets. Responsibility Areas Implementing Sales Strategies, Plans in Own Territory to meet Sales Targets on a Consistent basis for Achieving Business Growth. Meeting New Potential Customers and existing Customers as per Plan / Commitment to ensure Regular Order Inflow from the Responsible Territory. Ensuring Timely payments from Customers before the Despatch of finished Goods to Maintain Timely Delivery Compliance. Regular updation of CRM as per the Set Guidelines, to Keep Track of all the Activities while serving the Customers. Sharing of Daily / Weekly Sales Plan alongwith Tour Plan to meet Existing & Potential Customers. Sending the MIS & Updates to Top Management about the Performance against Key Thrust Areas. Keeping Performance Data Updated for Periodic Review & Assessment of Sales Performance on Budget Vs Actual. Meeting Existing and New Architects, Plumbing Contractors, Electrical Contarctors to Create New Customer Contacts and Healthy Order Pipeline.
