Solar Quality Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Solar Quality Manager to lead, implement, and oversee quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) processes for solar PV projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in solar EPC, O&M, module quality inspection, site audits, and compliance with national/international standards.

Key Responsibilities-Quality Assurance & Quality Control

Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures for solar EPC and O&M projects.

Conduct quality inspections for solar modules, inverters, structures, DC/AC works, and BOS components.

Monitor compliance with industry quality standards.

Review material test certificates, supplier documentation, and technical datasheets.

Project Quality Management

* Perform site quality audits and generate inspection reports.

* Identify non-conformities, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).

* Coordinate with EPC contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure adherence to quality norms.

Documentation & Reporting

* Maintain quality checklists, logs, and commissioning inspection documents.

* Prepare weekly/monthly QA/QC status reports for management.

* Ensure proper documentation for project handover and compliance.

* Team Leadership & Coordination

* Lead and train QA/QC engineers and technicians within the project team.

* Liaise with internal cross-functional teamsengineering, procurement, site execution, and O&M.

* Support client and third-party inspections.

* Safety & Compliance

* Ensure quality and safety integration throughout the project lifecycle.

* Implement best practices for performance optimization and risk mitigation.
