Solar Project Manager

We are looking for a skilled Solar Project Manager to join our team in Gurgaon/Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience and a strong background in solar power, project management, and electrical transmission.

• Manage and oversee solar projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and provide technical guidance to contractors and vendors.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing solar projects, preferably in the Spanish MNC industry.
• Strong knowledge of solar power systems, electrical transmission, and project management principles.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with project planning tools and software, such as MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Travel to Africa may be required as needed.
