Chennai Permanent Role Will be responsible for training internal employees on new/existing s oftware’s Candidates should have experience in similar role (internal training of employees) Essential Functions Develop training coursework including creation of functional classes Identify training needs that is aligned to company's vision Observe and report employee progress and program effectiveness Work with IT technical staff to upgrade training materials Have a good understanding of the Software testing life cycle Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment OM & Reporting Reports to the Head Of IT Qualifications, Experience And Education Requirements A degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering or a related qualification. Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills. Excellent content creation and writing skills.
