Responsibilities: - Provide technical support , training via phone, email, and chat for software-related issues. - have completed testing course and have sound knowledge of web and mobile application functionality, strong knowledge of functional testing, performance testing,API testing and quality testing. - Preparation of test plans, test cases, check lists and execution, bug tracking reporting. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software applications and systems. - Assist with installation, configuration, and software updates. - Document user queries and solutions. - Collaborate with teams to resolve complex issues. - Continuously learn about new software features to support users effectively. Requirements: - Recent graduate in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field. - Basic understanding of software applications and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux). - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Customer service-oriented with a professional attitude. - Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Eagerness to learn and grow in the software support field. Desirable Skills: - Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) and databases (SQL). - Previous internships or experience in technical support is a plus.
